All welders have a valid TÜV certificate and meet the requirements of EN 287-1. Work teams are regularly trained and introduced to new procedures and progressive technologies. As a result, knowledge in the field is improved and deepened. When selecting employees, we focus on their professional competence, we test not only practical skills, but also professional knowledge, orientation in isometry, knowledge of machines and, last but not least, PC operation.
